About the Role

The Insights team at Inter IKEA is dedicated to driving informed decision-making by providing timely and actionable insights into the world we operate in. As an Insights Specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the franchise offer and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the exploration, development, and implementation of product range research tools and methods.
  • Build the competence of working with insights and create a culture of insight within Core Business Range.
  • Partner closely with the Insights Capability Leader and insight team in CBR to enable synchronized and effective capability development.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in insight is preferred.
  • University education or equivalent combination of relevant training and work experience within the areas of Business, Engineering, Social sciences, psychology, market research, or similar.
