Join Zaver's team as a Fintech Regulatory Specialist and play a key role in shaping our regulatory strategy.

Our mission is to create a seamless payment experience for all dimensions, making large purchases as easy as buying shoes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and develop strategies to maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate commercial contracts and ensure effective risk management.
  • Provide expert guidance on data privacy, consumer credit law, AML, and corporate law to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and assess legal/regulatory risks, implementing control systems to mitigate potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Relevant law degree from a reputable institution, with a strong foundation in business law.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fintech or tech company, with a focus on payment services or regulated financial services.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy, consumer credit law, AML, and corporate law.
  • Strong network of professional contacts, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
