Our company, Immense Group, is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Legal and Compliance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the online gaming and betting industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of support to ensure the organization meets its objectives while maintaining the highest legal and regulatory compliance standards. Key tasks include:

  1. Compliance: Staying up-to-date with regulatory developments, creating and implementing policies, procedures, guidelines, and manuals, and providing advice and training across the business.
  2. Licensing: Obtaining and maintaining gaming licenses in multiple jurisdictions by managing license applications and regulatory relationships.
  3. Suppliers: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating compliant contracts with service providers and suppliers.
  4. Customers: Updating and enforcing compliant customer terms and conditions, and advising on customer complaints and disputes.

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with iGaming experience who can take ownership in a dynamic environment and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be quality-oriented, and have a keen eye for detail.

A down-to-earth personality and a lifelong learner are essential qualities for this role. Great problem-solving skills and an optimistic approach are also highly valued.
