Cognizant's EPS Workday Practice is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Financials, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

About the Role

You will lead clients through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transfer from legacy systems to the Workday solution. Your base location should be one of the Nordic countries. We require you to have a deep understanding of Workday Financials and be able to provide guidance on best practices and configuration decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Workday Financials projects, utilizing your deep knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  2. Collaborate with clients to facilitate design sessions and configuration decisions, leveraging best practices and understanding of their unique business needs.
  3. Provide regular support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday solution.
  4. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and changes.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  6. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in Workday Financials, with 4+ years of hands-on functional experience.
  2. Familiarity with financial software and certifications.
  3. Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements, design, prototype, test, and implement practical solutions under tight deadlines.
  4. Functional experience in Financials Management.
