Bioprocess Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Bioprocess Manager to lead our Monoclonal Antibodies team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Bioreagent department, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving our manufacturing processes to meet the growing demands of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of ten employees responsible for the production of monoclonal antibodies and enzyme conjugates.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with R&D to develop new processes and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with cQSR and ISO 13485 quality systems.
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- University degree in biotechnology or equivalent.
- Proven experience in bioprocess management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
