**Research Focus**
Our laboratory is interested in the molecular mechanisms defining the crosstalk between transcription, DNA topology, and chromatin folding. We aim to design improved strategies for anti-cancer treatment by understanding how transcription, replication, and DNA topology are functionally coordinated in human cells.
To achieve this goal, we employ state-of-the-art approaches to assess transcriptomic, epigenomic, and replisomic profiles. We also utilize molecular biology, advanced microscopy, and drug screens to understand how topoisomerase regulation affects fundamental nuclear processes.
**Job Requirements**
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field (e.g., molecular biology, biochemistry)
- Strong expertise in molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, sequencing, microscopy)
- Experience with proteomics and/or genomics is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
