Engineering and Science Management Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our innovative HVDC team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology. As a manager for this department, you will be responsible for developing best practice solutions for HVDC stations, guiding and driving the team to meet tomorrow's expectations, and providing strategic direction for a team of experienced engineers.
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring technical solutions are implemented and aligned with processes, stakeholder management to understand future requirements, and facilitating the implementation of backbone solutions.
To succeed in this position, you will need experience from supporting and growing team members, a solid interest in people's development as well as technical aspects, and good communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
