ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at LeoVegas Group. As a key member of the compliance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our regulated products comply with applicable laws and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mastery of product compliance requirements for Central Europe, including Germany, Great Britain, and the Netherlands.
  • Deliver technical requirements to the Product and Tech organisation and review designs against compliance.
  • Contribute to promoting a compliance culture within the organisation.
  • High involvement in technical audit activities.
  • Support and close cooperation with the Compliance team to address findings and incidents.
  • Contribution to improving and consolidating the Compliance posture of the Group.
  • SUPPORTING INTERNAL TEAMS WITH REPILES TO TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE QUERIES;
  • Monitoring and assessing changing requirements in new and existing markets and ensuring timely analysis and announcements.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree in a STEM field or any subject relevant to the role.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the compliance space in the online gambling industry.
  • Expertise in relation to the technical implementation of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and Change management is an advantage.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in regulatory reporting and understanding of data models of Safe servers.
