Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our Supply Chain Coordination Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities within the supply chain for allocated customers, ensuring correct processing of customer orders and supporting 'in time' deliveries of series production parts.
  • Monitor and analyze general supply problems, identifying and implementing improvements to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Coordinate run in/run out processes of series parts, working closely with sales teams, plants, and customers to ensure effective delivery and minimize lead times.
  • Support coordination of engineering changes and work on projects along the entire supply chain to optimize processes and provide effective service to customers.
  • Take responsibility for price entry and perform other tasks linked to ongoing projects and detective controls.
Requirements:
  • Experience in commercial sales coordination and sales controlling in the automotive industry.
  • Understanding of logistic supply chain/basic planning processes.
  • Previous work experience in an Accounts Receivables Function is an advantage.
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills and SAP are required.
  • Structured and independent approach to work, self-motivated, strong drive, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong Team Player with excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Excellent English skills are a prerequisite; Swedish and German is an advantage.
