We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Controls products portfolio to customers in Sweden, primarily System integrators, Ventilation entrepreneurs, service providers, wholesalers and electrical installers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and secure market opportunities in existing and new businesses.
- Conduct face-to-face and interactive meetings with customers.
- Promote Johnson Controls products and solutions.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and achieve budgets.
- Cultivate long-lasting customer and stakeholder relationships, both within and outside Johnson Controls.
- Manage customer accounts.
- Analyze and map the customer base and provide consulting services.
- Follow up on sales and reporting.
- Utilize Salesforce as our CRM tool.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and flexible sales professional with excellent communication and customer-centric approach.
- Technical proficiency and curiosity to understand and advise customers on complex solutions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
- Comfortable with working independently due to frequent travel.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and oral skills. Finnish will be considered as an added advantage.
- Experience with program tools such as BACnet, Modbus, and KNX is advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience in sales of building technology and automation.
- Technical degree in fields such as electrician, plumber, or automation is preferred.

You will report to our Sales Manager based in Oslo. You will be a part of the Nordic/Baltic team consisting of 8-9 highly skilled and dedicated coworkers. Our team is known for its professionalism, respectfulness, and willingness to support one another. We prioritize work satisfaction within our team. Additionally, you can expect to travel to meet with customers in Sweden three days a week.
