We're looking for a skilled Senior Producer to oversee the production of Minecraft Gameplay development. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of high-quality game content, maintain our live game, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Management: Own and maintain the team backlog. Lead and manage the development team to deliver high-quality game content on time.
  2. Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering and creative managers to foster an empowering, collaborative, and productive work environment.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Ensure transparent and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders around the production status and dependencies.
  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  5. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required Skills:

  1. Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex game development projects from concept to launch.
  2. Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey project status and requirements to stakeholders.
  4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues proactively.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of game development lifecycles, quality assurance processes, and platform compliance requirements.
  6. Self-leadership: Thorough and analytical, and assertive when considering additional workload in relation to commitments.
  7. Languages: Confident in speaking and writing in English, even on production details, technical, and business terms.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in game production, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
  2. Track Record: Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality game content on time and at quality.

What You Need to Know:

We're looking for candidates who are eligible to work in Sweden. Since our hybrid work model requires two onsite days per week, you'll need to be based in Stockholm to collaborate with your team and soak up the studio energy.

We are happy to welcome international talent and talent outside Stockholm; however, we will not be able to financially support your relocation. If you are located out of Stockholm, relocation is a must.
