**The Role**

We are seeking a visionary leader to position our organization as a major international player in the field of water governance. As an Executive Director, you will lead our strategic transition, strengthening our role as a convenor, facilitator, network coordinator, and global influencer. Your primary responsibility will be to inspire and lead with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring that our organization remains an attractive workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**
