About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Central Sweden. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse client base across various industrial sectors, including pulp and paper, chemical, oil & gas, food and beverage, mining, process, defence, power, and pharmaceutical.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal sales engineers to provide technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring seamless sales and customer service experiences.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the Nordics General Manager to align sales strategies with business objectives and drive regional growth.

Requirements:

  • External sales experience from an associated sector, such as mechanical seals, rotating equipment, pumps, or valves.
  • Mechanical Engineering Background – ideally qualified.
  • Strong strategic thinking, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of business-to-business sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A dynamic and results-driven attitude, with a hunger for generating sales and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a global team.
