About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Senior European Patent Attorney to join our pharma team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will support SMEs and larger pharma companies, working closely with experienced IP professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Filing and patent prosecution, oppositions, and litigation for clients worldwide.">
• Developing and delivering IP consultancy products with a focus on commercial success.">
• Working collaboratively with IP solicitors to handle contentious and non-contentious legal matters.">
• Supporting pharma clients in mitigating risk and navigating opportunities.">
• Continuous personal development and training to become an expert patent professional.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• A Master's degree or PhD degree in a relevant field (e.g. chemistry or a related degree).">
• 1+ years post-qualification experience (with exceptions made for highly skilled individuals).">
• Detailed knowledge of drafting and prosecuting complex pharmaceutical patent applications.">
• Commercial acumen, with a strong client-centric approach.">
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.">
