Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Supporting clients from around the world in filing and patent prosecution, oppositions, and litigation.">
  • Providing strategic, commercially focused advice on IP consultancy products.">
  • Handling contentious and non-contentious legal matters in collaboration with our team of IP solicitors.">
  • Mitigating risk and navigating opportunities for our pharma clients as their business develops.">
  • Engaging in continuous personal development and training to become an outstanding patent professional.">

Qualifications & Skills

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A Master's degree or PhD degree in a relevant field (e.g. chemistry or a related degree).">
  • 1+ years post-qualification experience (although exceptional candidates may be considered for part-qualified experience).">
  • Experience in drafting and prosecuting complex pharmaceutical patent applications.">
  • Commercially savvy, with a clear client-focus.">
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.">
