Job DescriptionSalary Framework Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in the People & Culture team at TN Sweden. As a Salary Framework Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring fair and competitive compensation and benefits for our employees.

You will contribute to our team goals by developing and implementing effective policies and processes within the compensation and benefits framework. This includes:

  • Leading annual salary review process to ensure compliance with Swedish law and guidelines.
  • Providing expertise on salary setting and benefits to support business objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive improvement in compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular market analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Developing and maintaining salary structures and scales.
  • Working closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related field.
  • Experience with salary mapping, job mapping, and employee incentives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
