We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team at Runway Safe Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our prospects and clients, guiding them in their need for safety improvements through the journey from concept to realization of EMAS projects.
This is a global role with responsibilities for customers and prospects worldwide, excluding the USA and Canada. You will be part of a small and dynamic team where we collaborate with a focus on solution-based attitude for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the lifecycle of EMAS projects, including concept development, installation, and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Travel globally to customers and new business opportunities to promote safer airfields and install EMAS systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and excellent customer service.
- Define and adapt existing processes to meet international standards and customer needs.
- Project Management experience within construction or engineering, with a focus on aviation and regulatory industries.
- Contract Management and Key Account Management skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in international travel and executive-level business acumen.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: BSc or MSc in Construction or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4-8 years of related experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Language skills: English and one other language, with Spanish, French, or Japanese being a plus.
