The Role:

  • As a test manager in Sweco IT, you will drive the continuous improvement of our test management capability and function, primarily focusing on Sweco's financial applications and integrations towards internal and external systems.
  • You will also work with other applications and IT platforms to ensure quality in our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, coordinate test environment roadmaps, and maintain test tools to ensure effective testing.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings and reports related to test activities, providing clear outcomes and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A couple of years of experience working in a complex global professional services organization or similar is essential.
  • A solid understanding of test management processes, including agile and waterfall methodologies, is required.
  • Recent experience of working with ReQtest, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, and Office365, including tools such as SharePoint and Teams, is necessary.
  • A good understanding of financial processes, terminology, and systems is essential for this role.
  • A basic understanding and knowledge of IT and IT services are required.
  • Practical experience of working with agile and waterfall methodologies is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.

Desirable Skills:

  • Relevant academic qualifications in economics, finance, or IT can be beneficial.
  • Relevant certification or qualification in SAFe or ISTQB can be advantageous.
  • Experience of working in the AEC industry or similar companies to Sweco can be an asset.
  • Knowledge or experience of Deltek Maconomy can be valuable.
