The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to lead a portfolio of established Amazon sellers, driving strategic growth and excellence through strong partnerships and data-driven insights.

Business Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing Amazon sellers, analyzing their performance data to develop actionable growth strategies.
  • Build joint annual strategies with key sellers, providing solutions for operational challenges while maintaining focus on sustainable growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within seller organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new seller tools and resources, enhancing the seller experience.
Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field required, with post-graduate education recommended.
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and database analysis.
  • Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
