As a Payroll Specialist for Belmont Lavan Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, including collection, control, and processing of payroll documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll documents.
  • Agda usage: Utilize Agda as the primary payroll system to manage absence reporting and generate necessary reports.
  • Legislation and regulations: Ensure payroll processing complies with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and collective agreements.
  • Reporting: Create and analyze payroll reports, statistics, and relevant documents for management and the finance department.
  • Reconciliations: Conduct ongoing reconciliations of bookkeeping and salary payments.
  • Support and advice: Provide support to employees and managers in salary-related matters and offer advice on salary processes and routines.

Requirements:

  • Education: Relevant education in payroll administration, HR, or finance.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience working as a payroll specialist or in a similar role.
  • Agda: Experience working with the payroll system Agda is a requirement.

Desired Skills:

  • Detail-oriented: Ability to work carefully and structured with large amounts of data.
  • System competence: Good knowledge of Agda and experience working with other payroll systems or HR systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze payroll-related data and generate insightful reports.
  • Communication skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Problem solving: Ability to identify and solve problems in the payroll process efficiently.
  • Knowledge of laws: In-depth knowledge of labor law, tax regulations, collective agreements, and other relevant regulations.

  • Taking responsibility: Independent and responsible, with the ability to take own initiative and drive the payroll process forward.
  • Team player: Good cooperation skills and the ability to work in a team while also working independently.

Meritorious Qualifications:

  • Experience working with payroll systems other than Agda.
  • Experience working with payroll management in the manufacturing industry or service sector.
  • Experience working with salaries in an international context.
  • Experience working with GDPR in the payroll process.
