Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective international mobility processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees and their families.
- Provide expert guidance on data privacy and GDPR compliance, supporting HR teams across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs on data privacy and mobility best practices.
- Communicate data privacy policies and procedures to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international mobility, relocation, HR, labor law, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
