We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive to join our Commercial Excellence team as a Disease Area Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies for High Medical Value Solutions (HMVS) in the Swedish market.
About the Job
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Swedish healthcare system, including decision-making processes at regional and national levels. They will also possess strong sales experience within the Swedish healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and marketing activities for innovative medical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute partnership opportunities with customers and third parties to drive clinical demand for Roche HMVS.
- Support and coach internal teams in understanding and implementing disease area strategies and prioritized HMVS.
- Lead commercial initiatives within the disease area, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximizing value capture.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent leadership skills, a growth mindset, and a willingness to develop strategic approaches to stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a commercial acumen, deep understanding of medical science and clinical healthcare practice, as well as extensive experience of clinical key opinion leader engagement.
