Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our UK & Nordics team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving full PLM implementations from requirement analysis to final Go-Live with great success and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for ensuring project delivery meets three key metrics: on-time delivery, on-budget delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
  • You will apply Centric Agile Project Methodology tools and practices for consistent and accurate project delivery and governance.
  • You will regularly report and follow up on project status, actions, and risks. You will review and own project scope.
  • You will manage the Centric project team and potential partners in the execution of their tasks.
  • You will oversee the collection of client requirements and create a plan for delivery using Centric business and technical consultant resources allocated to the project.
  • You will monitor Centric consultation time and expenses incurred and ensure the profitability of the project.
  • The role involves working from home but requires travel to customers or team events in the EMEA region or globally.
  • You will collaborate on improving internal methodologies, processes, and guidelines.

Requirements

  • You must be highly self-motivated and able to collaborate with a team.
  • You should have experience in IT Project Management.
  • You should have a commercial mindset, appreciating the motivation and priorities of both Centric Software and our customers.
  • You should be comfortable presenting to all customer roles from administrative to c-suite.
  • You should possess resourcefulness, adaptability, and creative thinking.
