Uptime Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Uptime Coordinator to join our team at Atlas Copco. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance operations, improving equipment performance, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance operations to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Implement and manage proactive maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of customer information, maintenance history, and performance data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination, service planning, or a similar role.
• Proven success in implementing and managing proactive maintenance plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
• Willingness to travel within the Nordic region.
