About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Sales Director to join our team at Hestra. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global sales strategy, driving business growth, and leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales performance
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales pipeline development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure our sales strategies remain competitive and effective

  • Proven experience as a sales leader, with a track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
