About the Role

This Lead Designer position will play a crucial role in leading design solutions for luxury and commercial sectors, including cruise-ships and yachts worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and inspire a design team to achieve innovative designs.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Develop visuals and CGI concepts, overseeing their production.
  • Produce drawings that meet design intent standards.
  • Ensure holistic design overview of projects, presenting design concepts and storytelling effectively.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design or a related field.
  • A proven track record of leading teams and projects, resulting in significant success.
  • A degree in Interior Design or an equivalent qualification.
  • Industry knowledge of trends, materials, brands, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, along with creativity and design complexity.
  • Mentoring ability and proficiency in tools like Rhino, Archicad, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and AI.
  • Confidence in public speaking and presentation skills.
