About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Champion to join our dynamic team at JBT Corporation. As a Salesforce Champion, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce data, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective utilization of these tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and Optimize Salesforce Platform: Configure, customize, and integrate the Salesforce platform with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and efficient business processes.
  2. Develop and Maintain Salesforce Dashboards: Design and implement Salesforce dashboards, reports, and workflows to support Sales and Customer Service teams, providing actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.
  3. Provide Training and Support: Offer training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and data entry standards, ensuring a high level of user adoption and proficiency.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to the Salesforce platform, driving business growth and improvement.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date with Salesforce Features: Stay current with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending appropriate upgrades or integrations to ensure our Salesforce platform remains optimized and effective.
Requirements
  1. Proven Experience as a Salesforce Administrator: Demonstrate a strong background in Salesforce administration, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing Salesforce data.
  2. In-Depth Knowledge of Salesforce Platform: Possess in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  3. Proactive and Patient Independent Worker: Be a proactive and patient independent worker who can also work collaboratively with groups of people in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Detail-Oriented with Excellent Analytical Skills: Demonstrate a high level of detail orientation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
  5. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training and support to end-users.
