About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Computed Tomography Onsite Scientist to join our team at Siemens Healthineers in Stockholm, Sweden. The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting collaborative research projects, providing scientific consultation, and driving joint publications.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate and support scientific collaborations with leading institutions, driving joint research initiatives that contribute to significant advancements in the field.
  2. Collaborate with R&D development teams and clinical partners to develop, test, and refine innovative CT solutions, exploring new clinical applications.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key thought leaders, facilitating knowledge exchange and collaborative research efforts.
  4. Coordinate collaboration contracts, working closely with country Collaboration Officers, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams.
  5. Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely progress and successful outcomes.
Your Expertise
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or Medicine.
  2. Experience with Photon Counting Computed Tomography technology, clinical workflows in radiology and/or radiation oncology.
  3. Strong clinical and technical background in Computed Tomography and Medical Imaging.
  4. A proven track record of publishing research findings in academic, industry, or healthcare settings.
  5. Ability to take initiative, lead projects in multi-disciplinary groups, and drive results-oriented collaboration.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in diverse environments and communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders.
  7. Experience working in clinical and multi-disciplinary settings, with fluency in English language (written and spoken).
  8. Willingness to travel up to 40%, including short-term international trips, as needed.
