As a retail leader, you will be working across leadership areas in Retail Concept: Retail Experience, Brand & Marketing, Learning and Development, and Expansion.



About the Role


You will lead the development and maintenance of the IKEA strategic roadmap for end-to-end Common Content and Customer Experience on behalf of the Retail Concept Manager. This role requires alignment with Range and Supply roadmap leaders and all our Retail partners to ensure the development of the right capabilities and avoid duplication of work across IKEA.



Main Responsibilities


- Develop and maintain the IKEA strategic roadmap for end-to-end Common Content and Customer Experience.
- Facilitate sequencing, planning, and prioritization based on business needs, financial frames, and strategic objectives.
- Enable and support IKEA organizations to successfully execute the IKEA strategy.
- Orchestrate implementation of pre-requisites and help CBs define OKRs that contribute to strategic goals.
- Support Core Businesses and Franchisees to define their objectives & key results, on an annual basis, that contribute to the strategic goals.



The Ideal Candidate


We are looking for someone with minimum 5 years in a similar position/background, e.g., Enterprise Planning, Business Architect, Lean Portfolio Management. The ideal candidate should have experience in roadmap development and communication, strategic business analysis, and extensive experience working with and communicating to Senior Management teams.
