About the Role:

You'll work closely with marketing domain business analysts and experts to understand strategic business needs. Your task will be to identify opportunities that can be solved through data, analytics, and AI. You'll translate these needs into actionable insights, communicating effectively in both business and technical languages.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze commercial, marketing performance, and consumer data to drive business decisions.
  • Elicit key information using document analysis, requirements, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
  • Collaborate with teams to analyze information and functional requirements, delivering solutions from analytics artifacts to AI applications.
  • Work with Product Teams, architects, data & visualization engineers, data scientists, Product Owners, and marketing subject matter experts/business analysts.
  • Establish the technical vision and evaluate tradeoffs between usability and performance requirements.
  • Aggregate existing data from Electrolux and external sources, such as GA4, DV360, SA360, Meta, Qualtrics, eCommerce, and service systems.
  • Transpose hypotheses and methodologies into relevant metrics and applications.
  • Develop customized solutions with D&A Engineering and Data Science teams to link, store, locate, and retrieve data using the appropriate infrastructure and tools.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in business or computer science or a comparable training.
  • A sound understanding of systems integration concepts.
  • Experience in analytics development and handling a wide range of analytical tools and applications.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A forward-looking working style, ability to work in a team, and a high level of commitment.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.

Location:

This is a full-time position based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm (Sweden). Our headquarters is a dynamic international team where English is the common language.
