About the Role:

As a Data & Analytics Business Translator at Electrolux, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions. You will work closely with marketing domain business analysts and experts to understand the strategic requirements of the business and identify opportunities for data-driven insights.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze commercial, marketing performance, and consumer data to inform business decisions.
  • Elicit key information through document analysis, requirements gathering, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
  • Communicate and collaborate with teams to analyze information and functional requirements and deliver solutions from analytics artifacts to AI applications.
  • Work with Product Teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  • Establish the technical vision and evaluate tradeoffs between usability and performance requirements.
  • Aggregate existing data from Electrolux and external sources to inform business decisions.
  • Develop customized solutions with D&A Engineering and Data Science teams to link, store, locate, and retrieve data using the appropriate infrastructure and tools.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in business or computer science or a comparable training.
  • Sound understanding of systems integration concepts.
  • Experience in analytics development and handling a wide range of analytical tools and applications.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Forward-looking working style, ability to work in a team, and a high level of commitment.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
