We're establishing a new Engineering unit in Västerås to serve customers in Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, and Rail. As a key member of our team, you'll have complete ownership of projects from start to end, driving industry development projects forward with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently and take responsibility for their own scope. You'll have the flexibility to structure your workdays effectively, contributing to excellent delivery and business opportunities. A key aspect of this position is identifying and managing opportunities that arise from your deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in engineering and preferably domain experience in energy, electrification, or similar. Good knowledge of product development processes and project models is essential, along with Certified Project Manager or PMP Certification from Project Management Institute or IPMA Level C/D certification.

In addition to technical knowledge, you should have the ability to work on projects of varying size, complexity, and contractual types, with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing such projects. Experience working with international teams and/or R&D is preferred.
