Job Overview
This role is part of the Product Units management team and reports to the Head of Giraffe GxA. As Head of AMB & Artur Design, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of around 200 employees working within areas such as system architecture, SW and HW development and integration and verification.

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Develop and improve the organization's product portfolio
• Lead and coach the team towards common strategic goals and operational excellence
• Ensure efficient product development flow with focus on speed, continuous learning and customer value
• Innovate and develop new product features
• Emphasize collaboration and embrace new ideas
• Secure that the different areas of expertise stay in the technological forefront, thru competence development, recruitment, collaboration with universities etc.
• Coordinate development together with BA Design, Product Unit Giraff xA and other design organisations

Requirements
We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading and developing teams, with a genuine interest in complex technical product development and cooperation across sites. You should have:
• Management experience from design and/or Software development
• Drive, collaboration skills and ability to motivate your employees.
• Communicative, transparent, structured and performance driven ways of working
• Appropriate professional or postgraduate qualification in a business oriented or technical discipline
