About This Opportunity

This role involves supporting over 350 employees across various businesses. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire HR function and processes, including payroll, contracts, policies, and benefit management.
  • Providing first-line impartial advice on all HR queries to managers and employees.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding within the business.
  • Generating reports for senior managers and Directors.
  • Designing, implementing, and improving staff engagement initiatives and activities across the business.
  • Collaborating with Senior Management and Line Managers, advising across all levels.
  • Maintaining the HR system.
  • General HR administration.
  • Addressing both complex and non-complex employee relation issues, including grievances, disciplinaries, and dismissals.
  • Ensuring all company policies and employee handbooks are up to date and in line with current employment law legislation.
  • Implementing, communicating, and managing all rewards & benefits schemes across the business.
  • Supporting L&D activities.
  • Performance management and appraisals.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified and have experience in a HR Officer/Advisor capacity. Experience working in a manufacturing or logistics environment is desirable but not essential.

Working Arrangements
