HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and objectives, aligning with the company's overall vision and mission.
  • Coach and advise managers on different HR related matters, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters employee engagement and well-being.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes that ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, while promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting the company's growth and innovation agenda.
  • analyze HR metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving data-driven decision making that informs business strategy and operations.
  • Drive various HR projects, focusing on process improvements and efficiency gains that support business objectives and improve employee experience.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining a positive employee experience that supports retention and recruitment.
  • Implement effective performance management practices, promoting employee growth and development that supports business success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent education, with a strong foundation in HR principles and practices that support business excellence.
  • 7+ years of relevant HR experience in a high-performing international environment, with a proven track record of success in driving business results and improving employee experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues and provide expert advice.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR data and drive meaningful insights that inform business decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to leverage technology to drive HR excellence and support business operations.
  • Proficiency in both Business English and Swedish is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Able to work at the office at least 3 days per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
