Job Description

As the Group Information Security Controller, you will be a cornerstone of our Information Security team, responsible for managing and evolving our Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO 27001 standards.

You will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), overseeing a wide range of responsibilities with a global scope, ensuring that Stena remains secure and prepared for challenges in today's fast-paced world.

Based in Gothenburg, with some travel required, this role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various business areas within the Stena Group.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess information and technology risks.
  • Manage the security control framework and drive continuous improvement of the ISMS.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate ITGC audits, also required by external auditors.
  • Provide guidance and governance to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Lead security awareness initiatives and foster a culture of security throughout the organisation.
  • Report findings, insights, and recommendations.

With over three years of experience in the IT industry, you bring knowledge of Information Security frameworks, particularly ISO 27001.

Certifications like CISA or CISSP are considered a plus and reflect a commitment to professional development.
