About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for the Endpoint Connectivity Team to join our Global Network Connectivity Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing onsite teams of Network Specialists located in Sweden, Finland, and the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction, technical guidance, and motivation to team members to ensure they perform at their best.
  • Set goals for the team, align with SSAB's strategy and values, and develop and follow-up performance and agreed KPIs.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain best common ways of working within the LAN area, Lifecycle management, and with other teams.
  • Create a good safety culture and working climate.
  • Develop plans for team growth and development, both individually and collectively.
Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the team's work environment, both physically and psychosocially.
  • Represent the employer towards employees and their trade unions, as well as customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage resources to develop profitability for SSAB.
  • Finding and implementing the best way of working for the LAN area (Endpoint connectivity).
  • Budget plans and cost follow-up.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Experience and interest in building and developing teams.
  • Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, execute, and follow up tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in Cisco enterprise networking solutions to provide technical guidance to the team.
