DC Controlling Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced DC Controlling Manager to join our team in Eskilstuna. As a key member of our Distribution Center management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business results, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and communicating strategies to achieve costs, planning, efficiency, and payroll goals, creating and tracking budgets, projects, and KPIs, and leading and developing the controlling team.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate strategic plans to achieve cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality assurance
- Create and track budgets, projects, and KPIs for optimal performance
- Lead and develop the controlling team, including succession planning
- Provide financial and quantitative insights, reports, and analyses to support business decisions
- Conduct relevant analyses and reports, defining potential measures to improve profitability, service level, efficiency, and costs

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in a business analyst or similar finance role for a retail company preferred
- Several years of experience in team leadership and ability to promote collaboration, co-creation, and personnel development
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Deep knowledge of controlling, logistics, DC operations, and finance
- Solid skills in project management, prioritization, and business case development
