We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Solutions Expert to join our team at TN Sweden.

As a key member of the implementation project and service team, you will be responsible for servicing and implementing Patient Monitoring solutions at our customer sites.

The main goal of your role is to ensure successful implementations and positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, deploy, service and/or integrate patient monitoring hardware and software solutions.
  2. Configure, maintain, and test our products at customer sites and/or Philips Delivery Center in Upplands Väsby.
  3. Responsible for the whole implementation process, from planning through installation, go-live and handover.
  4. Manage detailed quality documentation in adherence to medical directive standards.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant working experience with DICOM, HL7 and Hospital Communication standards.
  2. A minimum of 2-3 years of related working experience with medical devices and an understanding of the special character of working in hospitals is preferable.
  3. A strong interest and affinity for IT solutions, including knowledge of networking (CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWTS or equivalent) and IT infrastructures (VMWare, Hyper V, SQL Server) is preferable.
  4. Self-motivated, task-focused team player who is persistent in achieving the goals set.
  5. A highly professional and knowledgeable approach to solving customer problems and ownership of own projects.
  6. Driver's license (Swedish B) and willingness to travel.
