Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Component Responsible to oversee and manage the development of newly designed components from conception to implementation, including ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development processes, including FMEA, DFA, DFAM, drawing standards, and tolerance chain evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical development of pipes and hoses for oil, CCV, and coolant, as well as brackets mounted on engines.
  • Manage in-house development of new components, ensuring adherence to product development processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Suppliers.
  • Provide input to the roadmap, create technical requirements, and influence future development plans.
  • Take charge of activities within a global cross-functional team across all business areas, ensuring overall delivery responsibility for components.
Requirements
  • Experience in product development processes including FMEA, DFA, DFAM, drawing standards, and tolerance chain evaluations.
  • Familiarity with in-house development and cooperation with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Suppliers.
  • Experience working with Creo is highly favorable.
  • Proven track record in developing components for combustion engines, specifically pipes, hoses, and brackets.
  • Strong drive, curiosity, and a passion for developing technically complex components.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to learn quickly and take the lead as a product owner.
