Pipes and Hoses Component Responsible


VIPAS AB is seeking a skilled Component Responsible to oversee the development of newly designed components for pipes and hoses, as well as brackets mounted on engines.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical development of pipes and hoses for oil, CCV, and coolant systems.
  • Manage in-house development of new components, ensuring adherence to product development processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Suppliers teams.
  • Provide input to the roadmap and influence future development plans.
  • Take charge of activities within a global cross-functional team.


Requirements:

  • Experience in product development processes, including FMEA, DFA, DFAM, and drawing standards.
  • Familiarity with in-house development and cooperation with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Suppliers.
  • Experience working with Creo and developing components for combustion engines.
  • Strong drive, curiosity, and passion for developing technically complex components.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to learn quickly and take the lead as a product owner.
