As a Production Manager, you will play a key role in driving this vision forward and ensuring the factory meets the established production specifications and schedules.
Your Key Accountabilities:
- Manage a team of 3 employees who lead 6 front line leaders and 170 employees over all shifts operated within the factory.
- Plan, direct, and monitor all production activities to maximise the use of the company's resources and meet established production specifications, production schedules, quality, volume, cost, maintenance and wastage targets.
- Drive a Safety-first and well-being culture and be responsible to continually improve safety behaviour and performance by fully understanding and supporting all safety programmes.
