The Position

We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team in Sävsjö, Sweden. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will report to our Factory Manager and be responsible for managing a 24/6 production process and all production elements of the Manufacturing Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall Responsibility: Overall responsibility for the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to perform their roles effectively.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the site leadership team to develop strategic plans, aligning with business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, maintaining high levels of quality in all products.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Operational Experience: Proven experience in managing complex operations, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good technical knowledge of production processes and equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
