Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that project requirements are met and that all parties are informed of project progress.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents and ensure project success.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work is carried out to the required quality standards, and that all necessary quality control measures are in place to prevent defects and ensure project completion.
- Cost Management: Manage project costs, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that all necessary financial reports are provided to stakeholders.
- Education: A degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of construction methods, practices, and safety requirements, as well as proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Project.
