Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to lead our content strategy and shape our online presence. You will work closely with our Creative Lead to ensure that every piece of content is engaging, innovative, and aligned with our marketing goals.
- You will collaborate with members of the marketing team to deliver on-brand, engaging content including social media copy, images, videos, and blogs.
- You will take the lead on content strategy for X, Discord, LinkedIn, YouTube, and our website, owning it, shaping it, and driving its success.
- You will own, develop, and manage content calendars for our accounts, ensuring content aligns with marketing goals and the brand voice.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and growth across our key platforms.
- Collaborating with our Creative Lead to create engaging and innovative content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Managing and optimizing video and streamed content, applying SEO best practices to improve discoverability.
- Maintaining and analyzing performance through analytics and adjusting strategies to improve engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in content management or social media strategy in the gaming or tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, platform-specific strategies, and community engagement.
- Experience in video production and editing.
- Solid copywriting skills, both short-form (social posts) and long-form (blogs, articles).
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- A collaborative spirit with a willingness to experiment and push creative boundaries.
- A passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture.
