About the Role
The Business Transformation Manager will play a key role in SSAB's transformation journey by driving finance and controlling projects that support the company's transition to a mini-mill system. This is a permanent position located in Luleå, Sweden, with frequent travel within the Nordics.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new processes and technologies in finance to support SSAB's transformation.
- Drive progress and goal fulfillment in finance projects.
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Provide on-site controlling and support to the Business Unit Sweden Controlling team.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Proven 3-5 years of working experience in a related field.
- Strong communication abilities in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented.
- Ability to plan and organize tasks efficiently.
- Team player with the ability to work in cross-functional setups.
