About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • They will lead a team of technical experts and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as they will need to collaborate with various stakeholders, including colleagues, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and management, including developing project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Leading a team of technical experts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
