The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and managing OT/IT and information security efforts within the project.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing governing documents related to IT and information security.
  • Providing information, training, and compliance monitoring of security policies.
  • Conducting risk and vulnerability analyses and contributing to disaster and continuity planning.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT and information security.
  • Experience working in an outsourced OT/IT environment with supplier collaboration.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and training abilities.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
