\Job Description
\We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Admin to join our team at MSF Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and communication technology. This includes network and server administration, technical support, capacity building, security management, and implementing system changes.
\Main Responsibilities
\- System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain servers, network equipment, and workstations. Ensure data backup and recovery.
- Network Management: Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect our IT systems and data. Monitor systems for security breaches and take actions to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Software and Hardware Management: Responsible for installing and updating software and maintaining hardware inventories.
Required Skills and Qualifications
\The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, with at least 3 years of experience as a systems administrator in a Windows environment. They should have extensive knowledge and experience of Windows server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, O365, M365, networks, firewalls, and backup systems. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
