About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Controller to join our Finance department in the Business Performance Management (BPM) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial evaluation, ensuring robust financial controls, and developing financial performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive financial evaluation in key projects, providing insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes
  • Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place to support business areas in key projects
  • Develop and monitor financial performance indicators related to operational efficiency, providing actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure financial and operational strategies are cohesive and aligned with the company's overall strategy
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent working experience in a relevant area
  • Solutions-focused with strong listening, influencing, and decision-making skills
  • Reliable, able to work independently, and a high level of integrity
  • Proven track record of leadership and project management
  • In-depth knowledge of common financial processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
